What data is processed
Emails you send me: your address and the content of your message. Technical data processed automatically by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested). Aggregated visit statistics collected through Framer Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you.
Purposes and legal basis
Replying to your messages and possible collaborations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Operating, securing and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
Hosting and data transfers
The website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Framer may rely on service providers located outside the European Union, including the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
This website does not use profiling, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage may be used to make the site work, for which no consent is required.
Retention
Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any following collaboration, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for the time required by its security policies.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing, by writing to hi@alessandroroasio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
